Yantrasight is a boutique AI advisory firm for CIOs, CTOs and CXOs. We were operators before we were advisors — we've been accountable for an AI initiative's outcome, and we've watched good strategy die in the gap between recommendation and reality. This firm exists to close that gap.

We're deliberately small. Boutique means the people you meet are the people who do the work — no layers, no handoffs to a team you never spoke to, no bench of generalists. We scale by being selective about engagements, so every one gets our most experienced judgment, not our most available headcount.

Yantrasight is company-led, not personality-led. We don't publish individual bios, because clients hire the firm's judgment, not a name on a slide.

Advisory is backed by an in-house engineering team that builds production AI systems full-time. Both groups work the same engagements, which means any strategy we hand you has already been tested against the judgment of the people who'd have to build it.
